During a recent family vacation, we stayed at Le Ski Lodge, a unique establishment located conveniently at the train station near the Norwegian border. As a history teacher with a penchant for immersive experiences, I found the wooden architecture and cozy interiors reminiscent of an era gone by. What truly stood out was the ski-in/ski-out access, which made morning slopes easily accessible for both my children and me. The hotel also offered a ski school, perfect for my little ones, who were new to skiing. They were able to learn from skilled instructors, while we enjoyed the beautiful winter surroundings. We also appreciated the inclusion of a casino and nightclub on-site, which provided entertainment for the adults after a long day on the slopes. The staff, particularly Rebecca, made our stay memorable with their friendly and welcoming demeanor. The breakfast options were delightful, catering to both adults and children alike. Le Ski Lodge offers a family-friendly atmosphere that caters to a variety of interests, making it a worthwhile destination for families.
